Phil McCarthy - Phil is a company director and business advisor specialising in corporate strategy, value creation, acquisitions and divestment in technology, manufacturing, distribution and resources sectors.

Grant McCarthy - Graduating with a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, with a Major in Marketing and Human Resources, Grant started his career as a Consultant, working with venture capitalists to nurture new media and technology companies during their initial setup phase.
