Gary Zamel BE, FTSE
Gary has operated a private investment group specializing in technology, mining and industrial ventures for over 26 years.
He is a founding member of the company and has established six technology start-up companies including Mine Site Technologies Pty Ltd and Benthic Geotech Pty Ltd (an under-sea drilling venture), Park Assist Pty Ltd and Nubian Water Systems Pty Ltd.
In 1989 Gary co-founded Jellinbah Resources Pty Ltd, the country’s first PCI coal producer. In 2008 he was a founder of the AGSM Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the UNSW.
Gary has a Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Academy of Technology, Science & Engineering.
